Housing must be designed at eye level and make room for communities. At Incremental, we believe housing is the foundation to making society more liveable. We provide intentional groups and civic partners with support at every stage of their housing journey. Our housing process uses participatory masterplanning, ecological material selection, neighbourhood mapping, and community-led site appraisals.

We have guided groups from early-stage ideas to low-carbon reality, and have developed particular expertise relating to statutory planning hurdles, financial clarity, shared decision making, and regenerative housing design.
