Our democratic worker cooperative provides intentional groups and civic partners with friendly, down-to-earth support at every stage of their housing journey. Our collective living practice spans a diverse range of multi-home developments using participatory masterplanning, ecological material selection, neighbourhood mapping, and community-led site appraisals.
We have guided groups from early-stage ideas to low-carbon reality, and have developed particular expertise relating to statutory planning hurdles, financial clarity, shared decision making, and collective resilience.
